How soon will my product be shipped to me?

The majority of our products are in stock at our premises. Any product in stock will be shipped within 2 daysopen before being entrusted to our carrier, which corresponds to our maximum processing time.

In the event that it is a product requiring restocking, we will indicate the shipping time (generally 2 weeks maximum).

How long will it take to be delivered to me?

This delay is likely to vary depending on various factors that may impact carriers. Generally we observe a delay of between 48 and 72 hours. For international it takes 1 week on average.

Of course, we will send you by email the tracking number of our carrier by email so that you can check the status of your package.

What do the shipping costs include?

We attach great importance to the quality of packaging of our products so that they arrive at your home in good conditions. The price includes packaging (cardboard and protection if necessary), handling and shipping costs from our service provider.
