How is the return of an article carried out?

Any return must be the subject of prior contact with a full description of the reason for the return via ourcontact.

Following this we will tell you the return procedure

Then you will have to return the complete and well-packaged product to us by Colissimo with tracking. You will need to attach the invoice or order form received by email following your order.

How soon do I have to return the product to you?

In the event that you change your mind after ordering, you have a period of 14 days after sending us the return request. The return costs are entirely your responsibility.We do not accept any return that has not had a request made before.

There is a problem with my charger or cable, what should I do?

If your product is under warranty, you must make sure to present the problem encountered via the contact form and then send the product back to us. We will repair or replace it with new one. In the event that the product is no longer covered by our 2-year warranty, we will indicate the amount to which the repair amounts. If the amount is too high, we may offer you one of our new products if this is more advantageous for you.
